RETURN POLICY + SHIPPING


PROCESSING + SHIPPINNG

At MeanSmile we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. 

Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. 

We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and the estimated weight of your package.

Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during holidays, sale periods, and new drops. 

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment's tracking information.

 

EXCHANGES

All sale items/items purchased during a promotional sale are final sale.

All hats/accessories are final sale. 

MeanSmile will happily accept returning items for store credit only. At this time we do not issue refunds on any orders. All exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. 

A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

All exchanges must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, the hygienic sticker is still on etc.)

Any shipping fees associated with exchange orders are the responsibility of the customer. 

We reserve the right to reject any exchange that shows signs of wear or does not meet the above criteria.

Original shipping fees and/or Route Shipping Insurance are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.

Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, AND IT IS DAMAGED AND/OR OPENED, PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE BEFORE CHECKING THE CONTENTS INSIDE. PLEASE SUBMIT A CLAIM VIA THE COURIER USED TO SHIP YOUR ORDER. PLEASE ALSO CONTACT US AT INFO@THEMEANSMILE.COM.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.

MeanSmile does not cover any return shipping costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense.


FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid in advance. Fees that might be charged when importing goods come from a variety of sources, including the following:

  • Low-value goods tax
  • Import tax
  • Customs duty
  • Brokerage and disbursement fees

Customs fees that apply to a shipment depend on its destination, value, and the carrier that transports the goods.
